HilltopSecurities is currently looking to hire a P&C Operations and Vendor Management Specialist in Dallas, Texas. The P&C Operations and Vendor Management Specialist is responsible for the operational performance of retail property & casualty insurance capabilities within the HilltopSecurities Insurance line of business. Due to the nature of market access opportunities within Hilltop Holdings’ companies, this position will embed within HilltopSecurities as our most significant market access opportunity. The scale requirements to execute successfully also demand partnership(s) with digital/technology first businesses. The position has relationship management responsibilities with those organizations we chose to partner/vendor with. This role will also have responsibility for assisting with the expansion into additional retail P&C opportunities as determined strategically and financially appropriate.
- 5+ years insurance sales and operations experience (preferably retail P&C)
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Experience managing and/or supporting projects.
- Ability to manage and/or support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience assessing and implementing operational capabilities.
- Current P&C license, or ability to obtain immediately.
- Retail P&C product knowledge preferred.
- Working knowledge in Homeowners coverage and digital platform integration is a plus.
- Experience leveraging Excel, SalesForce, and other database products preferred.
- Periodic travel required (less than 10%)
