Opportunity
- Directly manage two shared service employees and activities within the department and coordinate the implementation of process improvements and accounting controls.
- Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and supporting reports and ensures integrity and quality of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Directs and Performs Month-End Close functions. Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers and operating expenses.
- Submits budget information and analyzes data versus year-to-date data and prior-year budgets.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree (accredited) in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar area of study
– 7 years of relevant work experience
– CPA certification
– Previous experience in a shared services environment is preferred
– Process improvements/ Transformations
