Job Summary:
The Landscape Project Manager will be responsible for managing landscape projects from initiation to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, architects/designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, while also ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and landscape designers to develop project plans and specifications.
- Conduct site evaluations and assessments to determine project requirements and constraints.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Manage project timelines and schedules to ensure milestones are met and projects stay on track.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
Budget Management:
- Develop project budgets and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders on project budget status and variances.
Team Management:
- Supervise and provide guidance to project team members, including contractors, subcontractors, and field staff.

Quality Assurance:

Safety Compliance:

Qualifications:
