JOB SUMMARY
As a Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, scheduling service calls, and dispatching our team of skilled electricians.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, online forms, and inquiries from third-party apps promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the dispatch of electricians efficiently.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service schedules, and other essential data.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize service routes and schedules.
- Assist in various administrative tasks as needed, including managing inventory.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in dispatching roles, minimum 2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and dispatching software, familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.
- Familiarity with the electrical services or home services industry is an advantage.
