Role
Maintains company record systems, inserts data, files documents, processes and responds to requests for information from files, prepares reports, and performs related clerical duties.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
60% Ensure all contract and applicant information is accurately verified before onboarding into the system and credit decisioning process was followed. Review, audit, and process loan documents efficiently, while adhering to all lending policies and regulations. Conduct thorough customer interviews to validate information on all contract packages. Escalate any potential problems that may result in fraud or losses. Follow-up with dealer clients on any outstanding stipulations, verifications, or documents needed to complete timely funding of contracts. Scan and index documents. Perform clerical duties as assigned that relate to title work and other ancillary products.
20% Communicate effectively via phone and email with Mobility CU staff and dealer clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer client base. Answer member inquiries on products, process, and services, as needed.
10% Appropriately purges and/or disposes of obsolete files and records in accordance with established schedule and/or legal requirements.
5% Performs general office duties such as answering telephones, operating office machines, and sorting mail as assigned.
5% Performs other job related duties as assigned.

1. Meet or exceed company loan funding productivity and quality goals.
2. Requests for information are processed quickly and accurately. Rules are enforced relating to users authorized to view files and access information.
3. Procedures are followed throughout the funding process and work is accurate.
4. A professional work environment and appearance is maintained and projected.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

A high school education or equivalent.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

Basic understanding of Credit Union operations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Up to six months of similar or related experience.
