Fast growing company in the New York area seeks a well-rounded Office and IT Manager extraordinaire to join its team! This role requires reliable transportation with the ability to travel to each of our four offices on a monthly basis or as needed. We offer a flexible hybrid model with one day per week working from home.
Duties:
- Perform basic help desk and IT troubleshooting
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversight
- Set up and maintain all user logins for various internal/external systems
- Oversee building, facilities and maintenance coordination
- Maintain orderly and efficient offices at each location
- Maintain accurate inventory of all furniture and equipment
- Order all office and kitchen supplies, furniture, and tech equipment
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, etc.
- Order catering for various meetings and events
- Lead and organize all company office parties and events
- Other duties to be performed as needed
Must have(s):
- Experience with help desk and IT troubleshooting
- Experience planning corporate events
- Reliable transportation to travel to other office locations
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast paced environment
- Previous corporate office experience

Pay Range: $50-60K
