Micheline is a newly opened elevated French Bistro in the heart of Scarsdale, by Jonathan Aubrey (Eleven Madison Park, Happy Cooking Hospitality, and Nur)
We are beyond excited to offer guests our take on traditional bistro fare, an all French wine list and a craft cocktail program, paired with genuine and attentive hospitality. To this extent, we are looking for passionate, professional, and motivated servers to join our team to give our guests authentic and memorable dining experiences.
You should possess these qualities:
- Have a sincere interest in the hospitality industry and offering genuine hospitality to the guest.
- Positive personality with a professional attitude.
- Neat and organized on the restaurant floor during service.
- Shows consistent work habits and a great work ethic.
- Efficient multitasking abilities.
- Experience in either a fine or casual-fine dining restaurant.
- Be able to handle a high volume/fine dining environment.
- A solid knowledge of food, service, and wine.
- Ability to guide guests through their dining experience by describing the cuisine, seamlessly accommodating special requests, allergies and dietary restrictions and enlightening them on unique ingredients, fine wine, spirits and cocktails.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment.
- Willing and able to work as part of a that team.
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to take constructive criticisms and work well in a team dynamic.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Lift up to 50 pounds of weight.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb up and down stairs, walk, carry multiple objects.
Compensation Details:
- Compensation: Hourly, plus tips

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
