Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated
Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide support to our attorneys and case managers and assist in all phases of the pre-litigation case management process. The ideal candidate is hardworking, has a strong customer service background (call-center experience is a plus), and is detail-oriented. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Field and route incoming calls from current and potential clients
- Conduct initial phone interviews to qualify clients
- Manage the client retention process under the guidance of a senior case manager
- Schedule virtual and in-office consultations
- Manage attorney calendars
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/ Spanish (verbal and written)
- 2 years minimum customer service experience
- Inbound call center experience is a plus
- Experience working in a sales environment preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with document management experience
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
