Experienced Receptionist/Office Assistant for a busy construction office. Part-time to start and can potentially become full-time—knowledge of construction business and familiarity with Mac OS a plus. Your main duties will be answering phones and assisting the office manager. Interaction with construction personnel and subcontractors. Front-line customer service representation. Assist in scheduling meetings and customer appointments. Assist in updating and maintaining scheduling calendars. Assist with high-volume email correspondence. Work performed requires excellent written and verbal communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to prioritize those tasks.
