Overview: NAYLOR, a leading finishing contractor company specializing in division 09 trades, is seeking APPRENTICES to join our dynamic team. This role primarily focuses on training and starting a career in painting, drywall finishing, wallcovering, and specialty finishes such as plasters and architectural films. Responsibilities
- Aid in the execution of high-quality projects, ensuring precision and attention to detail in both interior and exterior applications.
- Collaborate with project superintendents, project managers and various team members to learn all aspects of our process.
- Train and learn how to prepare surfaces for finishing, including cleaning, patching, and priming as required.
- Training sessions to learn to operate and maintain finishing trade-specific tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Learn hands on from mentoring tradespersons, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented work environment.
- Receive safety training and learn to adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
