Bartender
Duties (including but not limited to):
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beer styles
- Ability to assist with banquet events and large parties
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of retail math principles for pricing and promotions
- Experience in bartending, including knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixing techniques
