Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee maintenance operations for our portfolio of short-term rental properties. As a key team member, you will ensure properties are well-maintained to high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to guest check-ins, ensuring they feel fully cared for during their stay.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
· Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to quality standards.
· Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and property managers, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
· Manage inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance activities.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
· Oversee contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services when necessary.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.
· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic home care issues as they arise, and coordinate outsourcing when necessary.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.
· Residence within a 15-minute radius of the Phoenix Arcadia area is required.
· Strong technical understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance skills/tasks.
· Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
