We are looking for someone who is personable and can provide five-star customer service to our patients. Our ideal candidate for this role is positive, highly motivated, results-driven, and has great communication skills with the desire to form meaningful connections with our patients. As well as assisting them with any insurance or billing inquiries.

Expected Hours: 34-40 per week
Responsibilities:
- Manage collections and submit insurance claims.
- Verifying patients’ insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Manage pre-authorization requests.
- Effectively communicate billing and insurance information to patients.
- Follow-up on insurance denials and appeals.
- Managing accounts receivable.
- Present and collect patient balances.
Experience:
- Dental/Medical Billing and Insurance experience (Required)*
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience (Required)
- CPC-A/CPC/CDC/CPB Certification (Preferred)*
- Dental Office experience (Preferred)
* In lieu of previous billing and insurance experience, we will accept candidates with a coding background through AHIMA or AAPC.
