Healthcare: Become a Patient Engagement Center “Care Advocate” & Work from Home!
A PEC360 Patient Engagement Center “Care Advocate” works as part of a team that calls patients on behalf of a doctor or other healthcare providers to schedule patients who are due for a physician recommended visit or procedure. The Care Advocate will become proficient at navigating an electronic medical record, appointment scheduling software and PEC360’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. A PEC360 Care Advisor finishes each day with the satisfaction of knowing they made a difference in a patient’s life by encouraging them to take an action to improve their health and wellbeing.
Starting pay is $14 - $16 per hour based on experience (a performance-based raise occurs after 90 days)
Once the Care Advocate has completed training and achieved weekly performance goals, they may choose to work from home, providing they have a secure work environment at home and can maintain minimum performance standards.
TRAINING IS ONSITE IN NORTH CHARLESTON
Hours:
9:00-5:30p or 10:00-6:30

Job Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent telephone etiquette and manner, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
· Ability to learn new computer software
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Detail-oriented with an ability to stay focused on the task at hand
· High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred but not required:
· Healthcare scheduling/front desk experience
· Sales Experience
· Call Center Experience
· Customer Service Experience
· Spanish speaking a plus
