In this remote-based role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our supply chain operations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
How you will impact PaperWorks:

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business insights.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to gather relevant information for demand planning.

Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.

Analyze demand patterns and identify potential risks or opportunities in the supply chain.

Create and maintain demand planning reports and dashboards for senior management.

Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Continuously improve demand planning processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
What you will need to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.

Meaningful experience in in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related role. Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. Familiarity with AVP and/or CCH is a plus.

Demonstrated ability in taking ownership and initiative of responsibilities and executing them to meet business needs and deliverables.

Ability to build key relationships with team members across the organization and develop an informal network of internal consultants.

Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize work, while maintaining attention to detail is critical.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables and implement solutions to correct.
