Job Overview:
Join Silhouette America, a leader in the crafting and DIY industry, as our new Sales and Marketing Assistant. We are looking for a digitally savvy, creative, and analytical professional to enhance our online presence and drive digital content sales. If you have a passion for digital storytelling, a knack for analyzing data, and a love for all things crafting, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management and Sales: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to drive sales.
- SEO and SEM: Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to our websites.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track and analyze campaign performance and sales data using digital analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, to engage with our community and drive sales.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a unified digital strategy and cohesive brand messaging.
- Monitor website performance and customer data, boost digital sales.
- Collaborate and communicate with influencers and artists.
- Work with artists and designers to sell digital content.
- Trade Shows and event planning and attendance may be required, along with some travel.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consumer-focused industry.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management platforms).
- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for the crafting and DIY community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
