OVERVIEW:
As the Kitchen Manager, you are involved in kitchen and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all day to day kitchen operations and demonstrating expertise at teaching and leading others to success in their careers. You will also help ensure that our financial goals are met, that our product and service are excellent or as we like to say “best in class.” Qualitative and quantitative results are both equally important.
- Promote the "One Team" mentality and lead our team based on our core values
- Drive service according to our service model
- Follow all LA Dept of Health codes and standards
- Train all employees using a “hands on” method. “Tell, Show & Do!”
- Ability to utilize weekly sales and labor reports, P&L statements, PMIX's and other technologies to manage and exceed sales and service
- Responsible for sourcing, hiring, coaching, retaining, developing and motivating A+ team members while providing a safe and welcoming work environment
- Oversee menu execution, consistency and product excellence for menu items
- Willingness to learn and understand Toast POS, XtraChef and other internal systems
- Drive continuous improvement
- Run the Kitchen with an ownership mentality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Inventory & ordering product weekly
- Weekly scheduling using our internal platform
- Well versed in California restaurant industry specific Labor Laws

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
