To provide high quality customer service to our members under general supervision; perform assigned operational activities and other duties relating to racquet sports.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
HS Diploma, College degree or working towards graduation of either preferred.
Customer Service and retail experience in related fields is preferred.
Possession of a valid Driver’s License required.
English speaking and basic computer operations required.
Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment.
Racquet Sports rules and regulations; facilities and equipment; promotion and marketing is preferred.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishes excellent customer relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service to the public.
Coordinates assigned activities and functions relating to operations in accordance with established company policies. These activities may include but are not limited to functions such as taking reservations, assigning play and other activities; assisting in the development and implementation of marketing programs.
Enforces all rules and regulations governing the use of the courts and campus.
Coordinates and performs specialized projects, programs or operational work as required.
Represent the club in daily operations, special events and professional activities at meetings associated with racquet sports or other club events.
May serve as liaison with other golf courses and member clubs
