Overview:
M Plastics manufactures LDPE Packaging, dedicated to quality products and excellent service. Seeking an Office Assistant to support various departments and ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support.
- Manage Company Telephone System - Receiving incoming calls, etc.
- Greet visitors and assist with facility usage.
- Manage office inventory and equipment.
- Handle mail and assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Perform data entry and assist with paperwork processing.

Required Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (Required)
- Office Assistant: 1 year (Required)

Schedule – Full Time - On Site
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM - Lunch 12:00 - 12:30pm
Language:
- English & Spanish (Ability to proficiently Speak, Read and Write )
Required Education
- HS Graduate or GED Equivalent
