The Multi-Line Claim Consultant is responsible for the investigation and adjustment of assigned multi-line claims, with a particular focus on bodily injury claims in the state of Florida. This hybrid or remote role involves handling claims for a dedicated client account, primarily focused on bodily injury but also including commercial property and first-party claims. A minimum of 5 years of bodily injury claims adjusting experience is required. Litigation experience is very helpful and preferred. Previous experience working with municipalities is beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be highly client and service-oriented, with a strong commitment to upholding the quality of claim services, ensuring client satisfaction, and adhering to corporate claim standards. This role may serve as an advanced training position for potential promotion to a more senior-level claim position. Ideal candidates will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to effectively multi-task, quickly adjust to changing priorities, and seamlessly resume tasks after interruptions is a must.

5+ years of multi-line claim experience is required.

Computer Skills:

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

FL Adjusters license if preferred.
