Part-time Office Assistant for a small law firm. Candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and multi-task, work independently, provide good customer relations and phone etiquette (comfortable talking with clients over the phone and in person), maintain client confidentiality and strong work ethic. Must be proficient in Word and Excel and prefer QuickBooks experience. The position provides for competitive wages, flexible hours and pleasant working environment.
This position is a Permanent Part-time position and the hours are typically Monday - Thursday and alternating Fridays.
