We are seeking a full-time AP Specialist for our busy Quincy office. Must be well organized and able to multi-task. We are looking for someone who is eager, energetic, and willing to learn. Great communication skills, hard-working, and team player are a must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and process third party invoices
- Research and respond to inquiries from customers and vendors
- Processing client communications and transactions
- Assisting in answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Processing and scanning incoming and outgoing mail
- Supporting internal staff with various administrative needs that arise

Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $50,000-$55,000 annual salary commensurate with experience
