Are you a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients? Look no further! M&A Health Services is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards of practice.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Assist with patient assessments and provide assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients at all times.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Current Resume
- CPR certification.
- Current Physical
- PPD or Chest-Xray
- 3 References
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Additional certifications, such as IV Therapy or wound care.
