We are seeking a dedicated and organized Hiring Manager to join our dynamic team at Abrio Home Care. The Hiring Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting compassionate and skilled caregivers who are committed to delivering high-quality care to our clients. This individual will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, training, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new team members.

Responsibilities:
Recruiting and Sourcing
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and establish relationships with local educational institutions, organizations, and community groups.
Selecting and Screening
- Review and assess incoming applications, resumes, and cover letters.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with department managers to schedule and coordinate in-person interviews and assessments.
Interviewing and Evaluation
- Conduct structured interviews with candidates, ensuring consistency and fairness in the evaluation process.
- Assess candidates' interpersonal skills, experience, and alignment with our values and mission.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams, keeping all parties informed of the recruitment progress.
Onboarding and Orientation
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired caregivers.
- Ensure all required paperwork, training, and background checks are completed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with HR and training departments to ensure new hires receive comprehensive orientation and training.
Candidate Experience
- Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing information about the organization and the role.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress toward hiring goals.
Schedule:
Full-time, Salaried exempt position may include other administrative duties as assigned, schedule flexibility, and an on-call rotation.
Hours are typically Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm, but will vary depending on need.
