The Compliance Administrator guarantees that our business processes and transactions follow all relevant legal and internal guidelines. Your duties will include reviewing product regulations, form compliance, state statutes and regulations as well as developing company policies and processes to comply with such regulations and responding to policy violations.

Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports

Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations

Ensure implementation of proper forms and processes as required by state laws and regulations
- Work with all impacted teams to ensure compliance of such laws and regulations
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk

Assess company operations to determine compliance risk

Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes

Research and analysis of complex regulatory issues and advising the Companies on compliance matters

Analyzes compliance risks and exposures both internal and external to company; prioritizes and develops an internal audit plan to assess compliance risks on an annual basis

Collaborate with company team, as well as partners on a regular basis

Additional duties as assigned by management

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field

2-4 years’ proven experience in a compliance role
-
Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skill
