The Operations Manager is responsible for the following:
- Day to Day operation
- DISA administrator responsible for carrying-out random testing.
- Incident response, on-site reporting, facilitate post incident drug screen if required.
- Equipment and vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Manage GPS of all staffing fleet
- Fleet manager responsible for driver correction and training.
- Fleet manager responsible for up-to-date registrations and insurance coverage.
- New hire orientations and employee on-boarding in person (may require travel).
- Specialty Tool purchases and deployment.
- I&E testing and calibration equipment TREX, Crystal, pumps etc.
- IT equipment inventory (laptops, phones, monitors, etc.).
- Review and approval of vendor invoices for tools and services.
- Assist in developing a company safety position.
- May be required to travel out of state and deliver trucks, tools, and equipment.
Preferred Skills - Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School diploma or GED. 5 years minimum in a management role. Knowledge of I&E a plus.

The Operations Manager position requires a person that is self-motivated to complete routine and spontaneous tasks. It is important for the Operations Manager to understand and assign priorities for daily activities. The Operations Manager plays a vital role in demonstrating and contributing to the company culture helping to keep focus on safety and excellence.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
