The New Patient Care Associate plays a critical role in our field operations by hosting the front lobby welcoming patients, checking patients in/out while verifying information (following HIPPA guidelines). The ideal candidate is responsible for accurately scheduling and verifying appointments for our medical practice. This candidate will have experience handling high volume calls, managing patient schedules per plan of care, and scheduling follow up medical appointments. This candidate will also demonstrate excellent phone etiquette. This role is required on-site.
Bi-lingual highly preferred but not required. Experience working with e Clinical Works a bonus!

- Ask questions and listens attentively in order to better serve potential new patients.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Must be a team player and able to demonstrate positive communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour - Pay Rate is determined by experience level
