Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently using our phone systems
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Coordinate event planning and logistics as needed
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure it reflects a professional image
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar customer service position
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and office tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar office software
- Strong communication skills and a polite demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
