Wiegand Sports USA is looking for a Customer Service – Spare Parts Specialist.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equilvent
Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferably 2 years of experience in the role.
- Excellent knowledge of Office Package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of SAGE or other intact inventory systems will be considered a plus.
- An agile and proactive approach, with quick learning abilities and attention to details.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critcally.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries effectively
- Able to operate a forklift to unload supplies.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries, orders, deliveries, and invoicing related to spare parts.
- Identify parts (when needed with the help of suppliers, local & global technical people) and provide customers with prompt and reliable answers to their spare part inquiries.
- Prepare and follow up on spare parts quotations.
- Insert customers orders into SAGE complying to all relevant internal processes, local and global policies & procedures.
- Monitor the delivery status and make sure the customer expectations with regards to parts delivery are met.
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and resolve any issue to allow their payment.
- Understand the Life Cycle inventory management.
- Provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to travel nationwide and sometimes international.
