A.R.M. Solutions is currently hiring a full-time First Party Customer Service Rep who resides in Texas to handle inbound and outbound calls regarding accounts receivable, process payments, and resolve billing issues. This customer service position earns a competitive wage plus bonuses.

DAY-TO-DAY
In this First Party Customer Service position, you play an important role in the success of many businesses across the U.S. You're on a mission to provide exceptional customer service as you handle various accounts receivable tasks. You answer inbound calls from customers, communicating clearly as you respond to accounts receivable billing inquiries and process payments. Additionally, you make outbound calls to notify customers of outstanding balances and assist them with payment options.
Customers appreciate your patience and professionalism as you work to resolve accounts receivable billing issues in accordance with all state and federal regulations. You love having the ability to work remotely while still engaging with team members via chats and video conferencing.
You find satisfaction in helping businesses resolve billing issues, and you feel great about providing amazing customer service each day!

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, plus bonuses
