**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel or hospitality management, possess excellent guest service skills, and be adept at managing guest relations. **Responsibilities:** - Manage all aspects of the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries - Supervise front desk staff and provide training as needed - Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times - Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide accurate information to guests - Oversee the use of phone systems and other front desk technologies - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality industry preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of front desk procedures and hotel operations - Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus Join our team as a Front Desk Manager and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
