RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Effectively manage project schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
· Provide necessary supplies and equipment for daily subcontractors.
· Lead, motivate, and support the team by providing guidance and problem-solving support as needed.
· Maintain excellent communication with builders, owners, and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
· Actively participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on industry standards and company policies.
· Supervise workers on-site and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure quality and address safety concerns promptly.
· Oversee job repairs and enforce company quality standards to maintain satisfaction.
· Conduct job site safety meetings with contractors as required by the company's safety protocols.
· Ensure compliance with workplace rules, regulations, and safety standards at all times.
· Coordinate the request for information (RFI) process and ensure timely distribution to relevant teams.
· Maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and security at construction sites to ensure a conducive working environment.
· Ensure accurate and proper delivery and storage of materials, handling any discrepancies promptly.
· Maintain detailed documentation of materials, receipts, change orders and other relevant information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Knowledge and understanding of the construction industry, with an emphasis on Multi-Family construction, both from a technical and project management point.
● Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and evaluations to understand project requirements and specifications.
● A degree in construction management, building construction, or related field is a plus. However, relevant experience in field management or construction management is required with a minimum of 2 years of field manager/or construction manager experience.
● Desire to work in a team environment that relies on clear and effective communication, supportive behavior and respect for the abilities, talents and role of everyone within the team.
● Willingness to contribute actively in team discussions, sharing experiences and ideas.
● Ability to prioritize critical tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, digest information quickly, and meet essential deadlines.
● Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple project managers, APM’s and Superintendents, understanding their needs.
● Bilingual, Fluent in English and Spanish
● Proven attention to detail, strong sense of accountability and ability to work under pressure, while delivering high-quality results.
● Highly motivated; ability to work with minimal supervision.
● Capable of identifying issues and generating solutions in moderately complex situations.
● Capable of probing and listening carefully, presenting information clearly in an appropriate style and persuading others in straightforward situations.
● Creative thinker and self-organizer who takes the initiative to deliver tasks to completion.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
LOCATION: Mint Hill, NC
JOB TYPE: Full-time
SCHEDULE: Monday-Saturday.
SALARY RATE: $48,000/year- $52,000/year (based on experience)
