As MarTech Client Success Director – Sports & Entertainment, you will have responsibility for MarTech
projects delivery, account management, success and growth for our Sports and Entertainment vertical.
You will oversee, develop and support(including technical aspects) internal teams of client success
managers, project managers, solution architects and martech engineers to develop and drive your
account growth plans while meeting and exceeding client expectations. You will work closely with the
Americas region CTO and General Manager to deliver on the account roadmap, identify opportunities
for growth and have oversight and provide leadership to the cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional and global data, technology and strategy leadership to set the overall
vision and strategic plan for your accounts, focusing on identifying strategic opportunities to
solve your client’s pain points and supporting in their overall business priorities.
- Build strategies to retain and grow your client base and contribute to company and account
revenue targets.
- Build thorough understanding of client’s brand, business, brand, customers and competitive
landscape and provide strategic guidance in building requisite digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop a team of client success managers and executives in addition to collaborating with
larger cross functional teams of analysts and technologists to implement and deliver on client
commitments.

Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in software solutions & consulting, sales, account management or client
success in a high-growth technical environment
- Have prior experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on the Sports & Entertainment vertical.
- Minimum 3 years’ people management, with experience managing remote resources.
- Background in the development and management of remote teams, and 24x7 support
operations
- Self-motivated team player with track record of success partnering with peer colleagues, sales
counterparts, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results on time and on budget.
- Strong program management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage
long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong solutioning, negotiating and pitching skills. Must be able to exert influence and drive
initiatives across client organization.
- Exceptional at problem-solving, analytical skills and business understanding.
- Seasoned pro at articulating your thoughts and presenting a clear well-defined structure.
- BS/BA degree in marketing or a related field, MBA a plus

Pay: $170,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
