Job Description:
Price Painting is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to cultivate and nurture relationships with property managers and influencers within the commercial building industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a knack for building trust, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets. The total compensation package range with salary and commission is $65,000 - $150,000
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, and other key decision-makers in the commercial building industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Conduct presentations to showcase Price Painting's expertise and services.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads and opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.
Represent Price Painting at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand our presence and visibility.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using HubSpot CRM software.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the construction or painting industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
