```Duties```
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Market properties through various advertising and listing services
- Show properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings and transactions
```Experience```
- Must hold a valid real estate license
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation skills to ensure favorable outcomes for clients
- Sales experience is beneficial for effectively promoting properties and closing deals
- Organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and paperwork
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements
