Cashier/Server
Rate: $14 to 18 per hours + good tips range up
$6-9 /hr
WeekEnds (Saturday and Sunday) or Weekdays ( Monday to Friday)
Position: Server/Cashier
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Greet Customers Warmly: Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them in navigating the menu options.
2. Order Management: Take accurate orders from customers and ensure they are prepared correctly according to their specifications.
3. Transaction Handling: Manage cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in handling payments and providing correct change.
4. Workplace Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace, including dining areas, service counters, and cashier stations.
5. Upselling: Promote menu items and specials to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
6. Assist in the organization of received items as needed to ensure timely service.
7. Continuously restock the bar fridge with vegetables and proteins to ensure freshness and availability for customers.
8. FIFO Method Compliance: Follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to ensure that older stock is used first to minimize waste and maintain product quality.
9. Adherence to Company Policies: Follow all company policies and guidelines regarding service standards, uniform policy, Attendance and punctuality policy, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food handling or food service preferred- Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively
