```Overview```
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site
- Ensure that projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion
- Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
- Maintain accurate documentation of all site activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using construction management software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and ability to read blueprints
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- In-depth understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
