We are a boutique Brooklyn Estate Planning and Estate Administration Law Firm seeking a patient, pleasant, and highly organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time plus position with the potential to become full-time in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments, ensuring efficient coordination.
- Preparing for scheduled meetings, including gathering necessary documents and materials.
- Maintaining appropriate filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Social Media and Mac is required.
- Experience with Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and Calendly is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a secretary or executive administrative assistant is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor, with exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
