As a QMA student you have the opportunity to learn about medication passes, and being able to assist patients more in depth. After a successful completion of the QMA class you will graducate with a certificate and be able to test for a state license!

Responsibilities:
The Training Program consists of classroom instruction and clinical experience. Upon completion of the Program the candidate will obtain a completion certificate and be able to test for the state exam!

Qualifications:
QMA Training Class Eligibility Requirements

Must Be 16 years old or older.

Successfully pass the English, Reading and Math Competency Test.

Must Pass Criminal Background and Drug Screen.

Proof of High School Diploma, GED, or Transcript.

Have an active CNA license number in the state the class is offered..

Must have worked as a CNA for 1,000 hours in the field and have proof of hours.

A passion for caring for people.

Personal integrity and the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and other personnel.

The ability to be discrete and protect the integrity of confidential information and stay within Corporate Compliance and HIPAA.

Knowledge on the use of personal computers, Word and Excel, and working with office machines such as fax and copying machines.
