Essential Duties and Responsibilities: shall include but is not limited to the following:
- Assist in maintenance of student medical records; including setting up files for all new students and accurately document all medical care ordered and provided
- Accurate administration of medications in timely manner
- Assist in preparation of all necessary paperwork for medical appointments
- Assist in monitoring of individuals' vital signs (weight, blood pressure, etc.) and accurately document results
- Assist with inventory of medications at all residential sites
- Accompany students to medical appointments when necessary
- Ensure medical service providers complete consultation forms needed for each office visit
- Assist in preparation of medical summary forms to document the outcome of each medical visit in a timely manner
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Minimum of 90 college credit hours, 2 years' experience in human services field, or 5 years' work experience; good driving record preferred.

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal standards
