**Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Manage office tasks including mail distribution and office supplies inventory
- Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate software systems effectively
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
