Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Airbnb Professional Cleaner to join our team at Top Texas Getaways, LLC. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in maintaining short-term and mid-term rental properties. This role is crucial for ensuring our properties meet high cleanliness standards, contributing to an excellent guest experience. Successful candidates will be rewarded for their performance and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning of all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Linen Management: Change linens and make beds to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Surface Cleaning: Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Sanitization: Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
- Waste Management: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Restocking: Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager or supervisor.
- Adherence to Schedules: Follow cleaning schedules and timelines to ensure properties are ready for guest arrivals.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries while on the job.
- Professional Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with guests, property managers, and property owners.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a housekeeper, preferably for short-term and/or mid-term rental properties.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills to effectively interact with guests, property managers, property owners, and team members.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to and from all the properties.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons.
