- Boutique Consulting Firm seeks a talented Office Administrator.

- Will provide administrative support to President and Executive Director and oversee office operations.
- Able to work independently in a small office to manage responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Provide production support for diverse mix of training programs and seminars.
- Will receive professional coaching and participate in training and development programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for office operations, administrative support, and production of training materials.
- Oversee correspondence, scheduling, & other administrative support for President / Executive Director.
- Create and update client records and databases with appropriate / relevant information.
- Prepare / submit reports, develop presentations / contribute to client proposals.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, client billing, and various bookkeeping duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or relevant roles.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks, and office management software (ERP etc.)
- High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.

SALARY & BENEFITS
- Starting Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience.)
- Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, annual bonus, and 12 days of PTO/year.
