Job Title: Line Cook/Prep Cook
Overview:
Shosh is a new PLANT_BASED restaurant and we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team.
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes following recipes and guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure all food meets quality standards before serving
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals on time
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with dietary requirements and restrictions is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
