Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), DRiV

It boasts a diverse aftermarket portfolio with more than 30 trusted brands and operates over 15 manufacturing plants. DRiV leverages its extensive global distribution network to deliver high-quality parts and services to its customers.
We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team where you will have the opportunity to work closely with the DRiV executive leadership team. The FP&A manager will serve as a key advisor to DRiV functional leaders on opportunities to improve financial returns. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute to DRiV’s overall success. This role will report to the executive director of FP&A for DRiV and be based in our Skokie, IL office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consolidation and analysis of global financial results for monthly results, forecast and budget across income statements, cash flows and KPI’s.
- Prepare monthly executive leadership report for President, working closely with President’s direct reports for key updates/initiatives
- Oversee and develop team of analysts to complete same.
- Key member of DRiV financial process improvement team. Specifically, standardize P&L management structure across regions and locations within.
- Successful candidate will continually drive opportunities to streamline process and look to avoid redundant requests / processes
- Corporate Development projects. Successful candidate will business partner with regional leadership teams and be finance lead on various JV & M&A projects
- Develop and lead competitor benchmarking initiative
- Develop process to track, mitigate and monitor FX exposures globally
- Lead BU Treasury Initiatives (Direct vs Indirect Cash forecasting)
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years, corporate and/or divisional FP&A experience within a large, global manufacturing organization
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Critical thinking/problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- Plant finance experience
- Aftermarket experience
- Automotive experience
- General knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
