In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Obstetric (OB) Program Coordinator - Nurse.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
As part of this role you will:

Develop, implement, and manage policies, procedures, and protocols for the SMMT obstetrics program

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of patient care in the SMMT obstetrics program

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in obstetric nursing

Provide patient care via telehealth to obstetric patients, including assessment, monitoring, and interventions as needed

Assist in the management of high-risk pregnancies and complex obstetric cases
-
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to obstetric patients

Provide leadership and guidance to the obstetrics nursing staff

Oversee staffing schedules and assignments to ensure appropriate coverage and patient care

Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of obstetrics nursing staff

Monitor and analyze obstetrics program outcomes and patient satisfaction
What you need to bring to this role:

Registered Nurse (RN) license with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) minimum required

Leadership and supervisory experience are preferred

Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute Required

Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred and general computer usage

Valid driver's license required with the ability to move between locations as needed (with mileage reimbursement)

Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
The Obstetric (OB)Program Coordinator nurse, plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the Severe Maternal Morbidity through Telehealth (SMMT) obstetrics program within our healthcare facility. This position involves the planning, implementation, and evaluation of SMMT obstetric services to ensure high-quality care and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
