As an administrative/office assistant, you will:
· Provide support and various tasks related to the participants’ record system including social service program recertification process.
· Prepare, maintain, and circulate files on correspondence, participants, employees, and other records.
· Daily data entry
· Maintain employee training.
· Check insurance eligibility.
· Maintain supplies for departments and keep inventory.
· Perform reimbursement billings.
· Perform other duties as requested by Governing body.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Must be detail-oriented
Must possess good professional writing and grammar skills
Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Must be a team player
Willingness to learn
Possess a positive attitude with upbeat personality
Demonstrate sensitivity to diversity
Possess ability to follow directions and work independently
Minimum 1+ years of experience in elderly care
As a front-desk receptionist, you will:
Greet and welcome all participants and visitors
Assist participants with sign-in process
Schedule, modify and confirm appts
General receptionist and clerical duties
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
