This role is on an hourly basis with commissions. It is an entry-level sales position that serves as a stepping stone to our Sales Development Representative and Account Executive roles.
This role is required to be onsite in Roswell, Ga.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients and key decision-makers through cold calling and various outreach methods.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to unearth new business leads for our internal team or in support of our clients.
- Set meetings or appointments and successfully hand off those leads or opportunities to your direct report.
- Research and pinpoint target markets and industries to maximize lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to craft and execute effective lead generation strategies.
- Monitor and assess sales metrics and KPIs to gauge performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Role Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in outbound sales or B2B inside sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Not afraid of cold calling!
- Drive to build new relationships.
- Grit is in your DNA.
- Willingness to come onsite/introduce the office. (Frequency will vary)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing quick rapport with prospects.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a relentless pursuit of sales targets.
- Skilled in using CRM systems and sales tools for lead management and performance tracking.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
