Landscape Foreman
Expectations
- Arrive on time, review scheduled work for the day, and secure necessary tools, materials and equipment to complete jobs.
- Meet and coordinate with laborers, and college help to create a game plan to efficiently complete assigned jobs.
- Communicate with clients during the job’s progression, and create written change orders based on the customers requests.
- Create a weekly job expense report for labor, materials, and all other variable cost expenses.
- Perform a “Job Walk” with the client at the completion of every job to insure client satisfaction, and address any changes requested.
- Utilize our management software to its fullest extent.
Compensation
- Starting pay is $17 per hour, with guaranteed raises based on achieving performance indicators.
- Monthly salary during the winter for snow removal.

- Hard manual labor. Shoveling landscaping rock, digging holes, and turning sand into a beautiful concrete curbing, is not for the faint of heart.
