**Overview:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills , have a passion for sales, and be able to provide exceptional service to our customers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, billing questions, and concerns
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
**Experience:**
- Fluent in English
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills- written and verbal
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions
